What do I do if I entered the wrong mileage on a new trip?

If the new mileage doesn't line up with the last trip, the app shows you the difference and offers three options: the car was used personally, you forgot a company trip, or you got the mileage wrong — each with its own fix.

Q: What happens when I close a trip sheet?

The sheet receives a sequence number and becomes final: you can no longer add routes or refuelings, and the data on it (company, car, driver) stays exactly as it was at closing, even if you change something about the company or the car later.

The monthly document per car: who drove it, on which routes, how many kilometers, how much fuel. The app generates it in the required format, with totals and rated consumption.

Opening a sheet

From the company screen, Open sheet: pick the car, the driver, and the starting mileage (pre-filled with the car's last known mileage). A car can have only one sheet open at a time.

Drivers are added from the same dialog — name and, optionally, license number — or from Manage drivers. The driver doesn't need an account in the app; it's just the name that appears on the sheet.

Adding trips

On the open sheet, Add route:

From / To — type the address and get suggestions, or pick a saved preset route ("Office → Warehouse")
Mileage at departure / Mileage at arrival — the departure mileage is pre-filled with the arrival mileage of the previous route
City km / Highway km — calculated from the route, correctable manually
Round trip — doubles the distance
Save as preset route — for trips you make often

For refuelings, the Refuelings section on the sheet: supplier, total, liters, price/liter, VAT, document number. It also works through voice dictation, the same as in the personal car log.

Mileage checks itself

The sheet is a fiscal document, so the app enforces two strict rules:

Kilometers chain exactly — a route's departure mileage must equal the previous route's arrival mileage. No gaps, no overlaps.
Times don't overlap — two routes can't be in the same time window.

If you enter a departure mileage greater than where the previous route ended, the app won't let you blindly continue. It shows you the difference and asks what happened:

It was used personally — automatically adds a "personal use" leg for the missing kilometers, then your route continues. This way the sheet covers the whole odometer reading, business and personal alike.

I forgot a company trip — the departure mileage reverts to the correct value and you fill in the forgotten trip with its real details.

I got the mileage wrong — you delete the last route and re-enter it correctly.

Closing the sheet

Close the sheet once the month is over. It receives a sequence number and becomes final: you can no longer add routes or refuelings, and the data on it (company, car, driver) stays exactly as it was at closing, even if you rename the company or correct something about the car later.

⚠️ A sheet with no routes and no refuelings can be deleted directly. One with content can't.

Export

One sheet — Export PDF from the sheet. A4 landscape format, with routes, city / highway / personal totals, refuelings, rated consumption.
