The Company module
Built for small fleets — from one car to a few dozen — where you keep the records. It's not a system with departments and roles; it's your own record-keeping, on the company's cars, with correctly generated trip sheets.

Add the company
From the space switcher (on the Home or Log screen), choose Add company and fill in the name and the CUI (tax ID). You can have up to 3 companies on one account.
Once added, you switch to it from the same switcher. The header color changes — indigo instead of blue — so you always know which space you're in. Home now shows only the fleet's cars, and the Log becomes the company's screen.
The fleet's cars
A company car is a car from your account, enrolled in the company. You don't add it twice: you add it once (by scanning or manually, exactly like a personal car) and then enroll it.
Enrolling one at a time
From the company screen: Enroll. Pick the car from your list, optionally set the consumption rate (L/100 km city and highway) and save.
The consumption rate isn't required at enrollment, but without it the trip sheet won't calculate the rated fuel consumption. You can set or correct it any time later, from the car's edit button.
Import from CSV
If you already keep your fleet in an Excel or Google Sheets table, save it as CSV and import it all at once: from the company screen, Import from CSV. The app first shows you the expected format, then you pick the file.
The first line of the file must be exactly:

Each row is processed separately — one bad row doesn't block the rest. At the end you see a summary: how many cars were added, how many already existed and were just enrolled, how many were skipped (already in the company) and how many have errors, with the row and reason for each. You can re-import the same file without duplicating anything.
💡 A car enrolled in the company still belongs to you — you keep seeing it on Home, in the Personal space, with a "company" tag. The company is just a lens over it.
Removing from the fleet
From the car's card, in Company mode: Remove from fleet. If the car has no trip sheets, it's removed directly. If it does, the trip sheets are deleted along with it — the app shows you how many and asks you to type the license plate to confirm.
⚠️ Irreversible. Download the trip sheets first, from the company screen or directly from the removal dialog.
Deleting the company
The app shows you how many cars were ever enrolled and how many trip sheets exist, offers to let you download them all first (a ZIP file with each sheet's PDF), and asks you to type the company name to confirm. Deletion is permanent and takes all the trip sheets with it. The cars remain in your personal account — only the enrollment disappears.
Full automation, optional Beta
The manual trip sheet, from your phone, remains the default flow, free — it isn't going away and isn't changing. For companies that want full automation, there's now a beta GPS/OBD monitoring option: a dedicated device, bought separately and installed on the car, automatically detects the route and proposes it for approval — without the driver ever touching the phone.

How many companies can I have on one account?
A maximum of 3 companies per account.
How many cars can I import from a CSV file?
A maximum of 15 cars per file. If your fleet is larger, split the file into several.
Does an enrolled car still show up under my personal cars?
Yes. The car remains yours — the company is just a lens over it, not a move. You still see it on Home, in the Personal space, with a "company" tag.
